Terms:

Prices and specifications subject to change without notice.  Net 30 days date shipped with establishment of commercial account.  Visa and Master Card accepted.  Minimum Order:  $75.00

Shipping:

All orders shipped FOB point of origin. Boards 30" x 40" and larger may not be shipped by UPS.  Inspect all shipments immediately on receipt.  Check carefully for any problems, including concealed damage.  Never sign a clear delivery receipt if any damage is evident.  All items are provided to carrier in good condition.  If damage occurs during shipping retain all packaging and contents and notify carrier immediately for inspection and claim.  Any claims shall be between customer and carrier.  Coda, Inc. cannot guarantee transit time once an order ships.  If you have a “need by” time let us know and we will provide you with options to meet your deadline.

Custom Boards:

In addition to the wide selection of  standard sizes available, Coda, Inc. can provide all boards and mounts in special sizes.  There is a $20.00 setup fee per special size. If  the special size is close to a standard size, pricing on the next larger size applies.  Special pricing may be calculated if the size and quantity requested can provide a better yield than cutting down next larger size.  We reserve the right to overship up to 10% on the quantity ordered for custom sizes (this does not apply to Stand Outs and Mural Mounts). A deposit may be required.

Custom Rolls:

Rolls are available in the widths listed in this price sheet.  All rolls may be slit to custom widths and lengths.  The first slit is included no charge.  Each additional slit is $3.00

Returns:

You must obtain a Material Return Authorization Number (MRA) before returning any materials.  Items returned without an MRA will not be accepted.  All items returned are subject to a 15% restocking charge.  Custom materials may not be returned.  Once work has begun on any custom material it cannot be returned. No materials can be returned after 90 days.

Notice:

Manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of product proved to be defective.  User shall determine suitability of the product for the intended use, and assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.
